Project gains EU support

Testing of multi-standard rapid charge points
The rapid charge points have been tested and approved.

Site surveys begin
Work began at the first identified locations.

First Charge point installed
The first official Rapid Charge Network point was installed.

Project officially launched in Corley
With ten charge points installed, the project officially launched.

Charge point no. 20 installed
By the month of October the project had installed 20 charge points.

EV drivers wanted
EV drivers are encouraged to take part in the RCN study.

Baseline data report
Existing EV driver data will be analysed to provide a baseline for the project.

Data loggers installed
Over 40 vehicles fitted with data loggers as part of the project’s study.

Study and business case developed
The strategy documents will be made available at the project closure event.
